Return Costs
Damaged or Wrong Items: There is no cost to the customer if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Ceuza will pay for the return shipping fees in these cases.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item, the size does not fit, or you no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: Ceuza does not charge any restocking fees.
Return Label: Customers are responsible for obtaining a return shipping label unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return an Item

- Package Your Product: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and included materials.
- Send It Back: Follow the instructions provided in the return authorization email and ship the package to the address we provide.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Refund Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. It may take an additional 7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items
